“My experience with Bridal Gown Care was wonderful. I just picked up my dress today and I was very satisfied with their cleaning and preserving process. Carol was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail. I felt very comfortable leaving my dress with her. My dress was ready a couple weeks later than I was initially quoted but I wasn’t in any rush to get it back. “I bought my wedding dress at a sample sale, and while it was lovely and I got it at a steal, there were some minor dirt flaws and yellow tint that came out on my dress. I found Carol at Bridal Gown Care and she was very sweet, and took the time to explain the cleaning process. The fee was very reasonable for the cleaning needs, and the time turnaround was quick. She also helped me find a good tailor and offered to pick the dress up from her for the final pressing. She was very good about communicating and was patient when it was called for. “After getting a truly outrageous quote from the bridal gown cleaning service that my dress boutique recommended, I decided to do some research. I definitely wanted a legitimate place that specialized in wedding dresses, not just a random dry cleaning place. I was very happy to find Bridal Gown Care. Carol was very responsive from my first email, and when I took my dress in she was very thorough about inspecting it and explaining to me in detail the cleaning process and my options for packaging the dress afterwards. “GREAT experience. My wife shopped all over and then we found this place. Nothing beats it in my opinion. We simply went for dress cleaning. My wife wanted to re-sell her dress and we needed it cleaned but not boxed or preserved. We also didn’t want to spend 1 or 2k on the cleaning. Trust me it can be this expensive at most places. She did have an intricate dress from Berta which is costly but we had an indoor wedding and nothing really got spilled or damaged at all with the dress. We thought all was lost and we would be spending around the $1,000 mark until we found this team. Great service and they cared about helping us through the entire process even offered to help us sell the dress with a guide book, but we did not include that with our dress cleaning service.
